| It is safe to shop at Hayes and Associates and any web site that utilizes SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. SSL is the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Similar encryption will be used to transfer the details to the merchant specified below or directly to the bank. It is actually safer than handing over your credit card to a shop assistant in a department store. Also your credit card will only be charged the same day as your order is shipped. Also, absolutely no credit card information is stored on computer or otherwise. Once the transaction has been completed and the goods shipped, the information will be destroyed. | ||

Warranties, exchanges and refunds |

| Sales of all new firearms are
covered by a one year factory warranty. We also carry a comprehensive
range of spare parts and all sales are backed up by our superior after
sales service. Faulty goods still under warranty will be repaired free of
charge and we carry a very comprehensive range of spare parts and all
sales are backed up by superior after sales service. No used goods can be
returned for credit. All we ask is that you please, as a courtesy to us, e-mail first to let us know what the problem is. If any damage is caused by postage we will take responsibility, but again, please inform us immediately so we can take appropriate action. Unfortunately we cannot offer the above guarantees if the item has been altered, abused or worn. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME |

Indent orders |

| All items that are not in stock or not listed in the web site, but are available in the catalogues, can be obtained on indent at the best possible prices. For all indent orders we require a non-refundable 50% deposit with the order. | ||

| We also sell firearms "on behalf" at a 15% commission fee. | ||
